What woman doesn’t love shoes? I’ll wait…..Shoes are the icing on the cake, and can make or break your outfit. Throw on a crappy pair of shoes with a fierce outfit and all of a sudden the outfit ain’t so fierce anymore. On the flip side of that, throw on a bad (and I mean good) pair of heels with black leggings and a black tee, and you have an instant look.
My love for shoes goes all the way back to elementary school when
I saw a pair of suede loafers, and loved them so much I got them in two different colors, gray and pink. My Grandmother flipped because she thought buying two of the same shoe was a waste of money.
I have a wide foot and finding cute, trendy, wide width shoes can be a challenge. Should I have to suffer just because I don’t have dainty feet? I think not! I discovered that I’m not the only one suffering with this issue. Thousands of women struggle with finding good looking, on trend wide width shoes. While they are out there, they can definitely be a challenge to find.
Well I am here to help. Each month I will be featuring a Shoe of the Month that is both in fashion and suitable for those in need of shoes for a wider foot.
The Kick Off
I’m so excited to kick off this Shoe of the Month Series, that I have decided that to bring you not one, but four pair of shoes in the Month of June! Be sure to check back here every Thursday in the month of June to see the featured shoe.
The shoe I’m featuring this week is the Salona Cylinder Heel from JustFab. OK, let’s not beat around the bush here, the star of this shoe is the heel. This unique cylinder heel is the first thing that caught my eye. The woven wicker pattern screams “Summer”. This heeled sandal is available in standard as well as wide width, and comes in four different prints. It’s perfect for a night out with the girls, a wedding, or even church on Sunday. And to top it all off, it’s pink! Need I say more?
See you next week for our next featured shoe! Don’t want to miss it? Sign up for my email list and I’ll let you know when the new post is up.
